Since our inception we have been supplying SHARP products as they are trusted and established and have been manufacturing photocopiers since the early 70's. They offer the very best in reliabilty, quality and state of art technology. This is confirmed by independent bodies such as the "what to buy for business" and the many awards won from the industry standard Bertl's who voted the Sharp MX range of colour copiers a clear winner in every class.

Photostatic recognises that the service of a customer photocopier is of paramount importance. For this reason a dedicated engineer is appointed to a customer for the life of the machine this enables a relationship, trust and an informed knowledge of the equipment to maximise the facilities now offered by our products for your business.

We invest a great deal of our time and resources into the operation of our service department and admin staff. All of our engineering staff regulary attend our suppliers product training courses to ensure they kept up to date and have comprehensive knowledge of the products we support.

We feel at Photostatic Wiltshire its very important to listen to our customers and their requirements and we believe that we are flexible and able to deliver any task that is requested.

 

 

Sales

 

 

Our sales staff are fully committed to placing the customer first and finding the right solution to you.. the customer. Our salespeople are not comission based.They will not promise the earth and they will be clear with the pricing given. As the old saying goes "Theres no such thing as something for nothing". Our cost per copy is based on the running cost of the machine and will always be clear with no hidden extras. One price for colour (usually based on a pre-agreed minimum volume) and one price for Black and white (again usually based on a pre-agreed minimum volume). We will not charge extra for training, help with your printing issues that may be computer related or charge you extra because your printing is more toner hungry than the 5% that your cost per copy was based on like most of our competitors do. If we are undercut on our cost per copy it's more than likely you will be charged extra elsewhere.
